I offer following services based on the educational back ground in humanistic and psychodynamic counselling to increase the self awareness and promotes the self-actualization in individuals:
- Adolescent Counseling: Providing support to teenagers dealing with issues such as identity, peer pressure, academic stress, and emotional struggles. Using humanistic and psychodynamic approaches, I help adolescents understand themselves better and navigate their developmental challenges.
- PTSD-related Counseling: Offering specialized support for individuals suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. By exploring past traumas and their impact on current functioning, I help clients process and integrate their experiences, facilitating healing and recovery.
- Relationship Management: Assisting individuals and couples in understanding and improving their relationships. This involves exploring underlying emotional patterns and unconscious influences that affect relationship dynamics. Through enhanced self-awareness and communication skills, clients can achieve healthier and more fulfilling relationships.
- Self-Esteem and Personal Growth: Working with clients to build self-esteem and foster personal growth. This includes exploring personal values, goals, and aspirations in a supportive environment, encouraging self-exploration and the realization of one’s potential.
- Stress and Anxiety Management: Helping clients understand and manage their stress and anxiety through exploring underlying causes and developing coping strategies. Techniques may include relaxation exercises, mindfulness, and insight-oriented therapy to uncover and address the root of anxiety.
- Depression Counseling: Providing support for those struggling with depression by exploring its underlying causes and working through difficult emotions and thoughts. The focus is on helping clients gain insight, find meaning, and develop strategies to manage and alleviate depressive symptoms.

My personal philosophy centers on the belief that every individual has the innate capacity for self-healing and personal growth. I view mental health as a holistic integration of mind, body, and spirit. Over my career, this philosophy has evolved to incorporate a greater emphasis on the importance of understanding and addressing underlying unconscious processes, fostering self-awareness, and creating a supportive therapeutic environment for clients to explore their true selves.
