I am a humanist, who believes in connecting with nature, and hence combines counseling with meditation, hypnosis and natural therapies to treat Mental health conditions.

Introduction to Offered Services

1. Talk therapy: I provide talk therapy with unique integration of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Humanistic Approaches and Psychodynamic Approaches.

2. Addiction Assessment: I provide services as addiction assessment officer & evaluate my clients for rehabilitation program.

3. Relapse Prevention: After the successful rehabilitation, i run a relapse prevention program for addiction related clients.

Alina’s take on Therapy

I was inspired to become a holistic counselor because I have always felt a deep connection with nature and a profound sensitivity to people’s problems. Throughout my life, I have often found myself attuned to the pain and struggles of others, feeling their suffering almost as if it were my own. This empathy made me acutely aware of the widespread lack of compassion, awareness, and understanding towards mental health issues.

I believe that integrating a holistic approach, which nurtures the mind, body, and spirit, can provide a more compassionate and effective pathway to healing. Being close to nature, I have learned that the natural world offers profound insights and healing potential, which I strive to incorporate into my counseling practice. My goal is to foster a deeper awareness and compassionate care for mental health, helping individuals find balance and well-being in all aspects of their lives.
