Introduction to Offered Services

I use integrative psychotherapy with a focus on early attachment and relational difficulties that are causing distress in adulthood. I integrate my practice with body-based technique of TRE, to release trauma and stress held in the body, and with EMDR, a specialized therapy for processing traumatic memories and releasing distress. My treatment toolbox addresses each client’s unique requirements to allow them to heal and thrive.

In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, non-judgmental space to express yourself and be truly heard. Together, we will work on finding balance, peace, and healing.
